This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the ways SPACE MIRACLE PTE. LTD. (“SPACE MIRACLE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, manage, store, use, and protect the information, including personal information, and data that you provide or we collect in connection with any SPACE MIRACLE’s website, game, application, or other online services (“Service”). By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must not use the Services.
Your personal data will be held by us in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For the purposes of data protection laws, the data controller will be SPACE MIRACLE.
This Service is not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children or knowingly allow such persons to use our Service. - Device Information: Device model, operating system and version, screen resolution, language and regional settings, device identifiers (such as device ID and advertising ID), and network type. (For iOS 14+ users, we will not collect IDFA without prior opt-in consent.)
- Technical and Network Information: IP address, MAC address, Internet service provider, network latency (e.g., ping), crash logs, error reports, and performance data (such as CPU/memory usage and frame rate).
- Gameplay Information: Timestamps of actions, game level / progress / scores / achievements / logs, user interaction records. In‑game performance data may be made available to previously matched users (e.g., leaderboard displays, match history).
- Cookie and Similar Technology Data: General location data (country or city level, derived from your IP address; we do not collect precise GPS location). Data from your interactions with our Services (e.g., website visits, in-app events, or support messages).
Personal Data Collected from Third Parties
- Social Account Information: When you choose to sign in or connect your account through a third-party service (such as Facebook, Google Play, or Apple Game Center), we may receive limited information from that service — for example, your user ID, display name, nickname, profile picture, and/or friend list.
- Payment and Transaction Information: When you make purchases within our Services, we may receive limited transaction and payment-related information from payment providers. This may include transaction metadata (such as purchase status, partial or hashed account identifiers, partially obscured email address, device identifier, country or region of purchase, and IP address), as well as an email address for invoice delivery when applicable. We do not receive or store your full credit card, debit card, or bank account details.

To perform our contract with you, your personal information may be stored and processed by reputable cloud service providers. We may share your personal information with:
(i) service providers (hosting, customer support, analytics, anti‑fraud, payment processing, email delivery, survey and consulting, legal and auditing);
(ii) related group companies to operate the Services;
(iii) Game platform and social media account providers, if you log into the Game using a third-party platform/social account;
(iv) law enforcement or public authorities where required; and
(v) business partners, in the event we are involved in a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution, or similar event, or due diligence related to such event.

If you choose to share content from our Services to a third‑party platform, that information may become public and that platform may have access to it. For your protection, we recommend avoiding use of your real name and personal photos in public areas of the Services.

Manage Promotional Communications, Advertising & Announcements: You can opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting support@spacemiracle360.com. You can limit ad tracking in device settings (e.g., “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt‑out of Ads Personalization” on Android) and manage cookies via browser settings. Service‑related announcements (e.g., maintenance, security) are not promotional and you may not opt out of them.
Refer‑a‑Friend & Incentive Programs: We may offer optional programs providing incentives (e.g., in‑game items) for sharing our Services or participating in promotions. You may withdraw at any time by contacting support@spacemiracle360.com.
· Account Deletion
You have the right to delete the account which you have registered with us to access its products or services at any time. We will delete the account after verifying your identity information. To ensure the security of your account and property, you shall submit your account deletion request to us via one of the following ways:
- by using the contact information displayed on our official website(https://www.spacemiracle360.com/delete-account ); or
- by clicking the “Account Deletion ” option provided in the APP.
Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, after account deletion, we will delete all information related to your account, including personal information and game logs, thus you will be unable to normally use the products or services provided by us. After you complete the deletion, your account cannot be retrieved and your account data cannot be recovered. Please maintain your account information properly.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services or for other legitimate purposes (e.g., legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcing agreements).
When destroying personal information, we take measures to make it irrecoverable or irreproducible.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we learn that your unencrypted personal information has been compromised by a data breach, we will notify you consistent with applicable laws.
